Only one Vendor per booth. Splitting a booth is absolutely prohibited. We do not limit the number of vendors participating in your field, however, we do reserve the right to refuse if we feel the ratio of your field is out of line or if we feel your business is a poor representation of a quality wedding vendor. You are not required to be a member of The Wedding Suite to participate. Anyone who has not paid for a booth is prohibited to promote their business and will be asked to leave. If you see this happening please notify us immediately.  You will receive a set-up time and information sheet two weeks prior to the event.  All booths are reserved on a first come first serve basis. The Wedding Suite is not responsible for lost or stolen or damaged items.
